libatomic1-arm64-cross software package provides support library providing __atomic built-in functions, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatomic1-arm64-cross
libatomic1-arm64-cross is installed in your system.
